Crescent Energy Subsidiary Prices $250 Million Private Placement of Notes

04:48 AM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crescent Energy ( CRGY ) said late Wednesday its indirect subsidiary, Crescent Energy Finance, priced a $250 million private placement of senior notes due 2033.

The company said the 7.375% additional notes were priced at 101% of par, plus accrued and unpaid interest. It also issued $750 million of 7.375% senior notes due 2033 earlier this year.

Crescent expects to use the net proceeds to repay a portion of its revolving credit facility. This offering will likely close on Sept. 9.

Shares of Crescent Energy ( CRGY ) were up 1.8% in premarket activity Thursday.
