Crescent Point Energy to Change Name

11:55 AM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crescent Point Energy ( CPG ) said Wednesday that it plans to change its name to Veren Inc.

The company will seek shareholder approval for the change at its upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders on May 10.

The company's shares fell 1.4% on last look on Wednesday.

Crescent Point Energy ( CPG ) is an oil and gas company.
