Crescita Announces Mutual Termination of Agreement With Croma Pharma for Pliaglis

08:52 AM EDT, 05/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Crescita Therapeutics ( CRRTF ) on Friday said the agreement granting German company Croma Pharma exclusive rights to market Pliaglis, a topical local anaesthetic cream, in select European countries has been terminated by mutual agreement.

Crescita will regain all development and commercialization rights for Pliaglis in Europe while Croma will pay Crescita $900,000. Crescita said it will explore potential new partnerships to commercialize Pliaglis in Europe.
