07:57 AM EDT, 07/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crescita Therapeutics ( CRRTF ) has signed an exclusive agreement with a Canadian healthcare services provider to supply various sanitary products, including hand sanitizer, hand soap, and hand lotions to distribute to a network of publicly funded healthcare organisations.

The agreement carries an initial term of five years with a three-year renewal option exercisable by the healthcare company.

Annual revenue under the agreement may reach $6 million by the end of the initial term.

Crescita will support the client in developing the public sector healthcare market for the products through competitive bidding processes with other buying groups in Canada.
