04:50 PM EST, 11/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CRH (CRH) said late Friday it acquired Dutra Materials in San Rafael, California, to strengthen its Americas Materials Solutions business.

The acquisition improves CRH's operations in the Western US by adding strategic aggregate reserves and asphalt production capacity, supporting the growing demands of the region's construction market, the company said.
