CRH Acquires Majority Stake in Adbri

03:33 AM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CRH (CRH) said Monday it had completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Adbri under a scheme of arrangement with Barro Group.

Under the arrangement, CRH will acquire the remaining 57% of Adbri's ordinary shares not owned by Barro.
