CRH Plans to Delist From London Stock Exchange

04:42 PM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CRH (CRH) said late Friday it plans to delist its ordinary shares and 7% preference shares from the London Stock Exchange.

Once the LSE delisting occurs, CRH's ordinary shares will be solely listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the company said.

It is expected that the LSE delisting will take effect on April 20, with the last day of trading of ordinary shares on the LSE being April 17, the company added.
