08:53 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CRH (CRH) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Eco Material Technologies for $2.1 billion, expanding its position in cementitious products in North America.

CRH plans to fund the acquisition with cash on hand and said that it does not expect any change in its credit ratings.

The deal is likely to close in 2025, CRH said.

The Utah-based Eco Material Technologies operates a national network of fresh and harvested fly ash, pozzolans, synthetic gypsum and green cement with over 125 utility source locations, CRH added.
