06:50 AM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Criteo ( CRTO ) said Monday it entered into a multi-year partnership with DoorDash ( DASH ) to scale advertising in the delivery platform's US grocery, convenience, and other non-restaurant marketplace.
Under the agreement, Criteo ( CRTO ) will act as an extension of DoorDash's ( DASH ) US ad sales team for brands and agencies while both sides explore longer-term technology integrations, the company said.
Advertisers working through Criteo ( CRTO ) will gain access to DoorDash's ( DASH ) on-site video, display banners, sponsored product, and brands, along with off-site options in display, video, search, and social, Criteo ( CRTO ) said.
Shares of Criteo ( CRTO ) were up over 2.9%, while shares of DoorDash ( DASH ) increased by more than 0.8% in recent Monday premarket activity.
