08:43 AM EDT, 07/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Criteo ( CRTO ) said Thursday it has agreed to a deal with Microsoft Advertising (MSFT) to provide expanded services for its 225 retail clients while retaining preferred onsite status for other Microsoft ( MSFT ) clients.
No financial terms were disclosed.
Criteo ( CRTO ) said it and Microsoft Advertising plan to advance "a more unified buying experience for global advertisers." The collaboration is expected to generate new revenue for Criteo's ( CRTO ) clients and provide additional performance measurement tools for Microsoft's ( MSFT ) more than 500,000 clients.
