07:47 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Criteo ( CRTO ) said Friday that it named Frederik van der Kooi as chair of the board of directors.

Van der Kooi succeeds Rachel Picard, who was chair for the last five years and will continue to serve as a director, Criteo ( CRTO ) said.

Van der Kooi has been a member of Criteo's ( CRTO ) board since June 2023 and most recently served as corporate vice president at Microsoft ( MSFT ) , the company said.
