Criteo Names Michael Komasinski as Chief Executive Officer

07:52 AM EST, 01/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Criteo ( CRTO ) said Tuesday its board has named Michael Komasinski as chief executive officer and a member of the board, starting Feb. 15.

Komasinski will succeed Megan Clarken, who is retiring but will continue to serve in a senior advisory role, according to the company.

Komasinski is joining Criteo ( CRTO ) from Dentsu, where he currently serves as CEO of the Americas, President of Global Data & Technology, and member of the Group Executive Management team, Criteo ( CRTO ) said.
