Criteo's Q3 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls

09:16 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Criteo ( CRTO ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.96 per diluted share, up from $0.71 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.83.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $458.9 million, down from $469.2 million a year earlier.

No comparable Capital IQ estimate was available.

The company reported Q3 Contribution ex-TAC of $266.1 million, up from 245.4 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $267 million.

For Q4, the company said it expects Contribution ex-TAC of $327 million to $333 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $337.2 million.

For 2024, Criteo ( CRTO ) said it now expects Contribution ex-TAC to grow between 10% and 11% at constant currency, compared with prior guidance of 10% to 12% growth.
