July 8 (Reuters) - Rare earth miner Critical Metals Corp ( CRML )
said on Wednesday it is reviewing options, including a
spin-off, asset sales, joint ventures and partnerships, to focus
on its Tanbreez project in Greenland.
The company said the review aims to redirect resources and
capital towards accelerating the development of Tanbreez, its
flagship project expected to supply high-demand rare earth
elements to customers across the Western Hemisphere.
Critical Metals said the review may involve monetizing
non-core, pending or newly acquired assets, though there is no
assurance it will result in a transaction.
The company has hired Clear Street as financial advisor and
White & Case LLP as legal advisor to evaluate its portfolio
options.
