10:06 AM EDT, 05/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Critical Metals (CRML) said Friday it has appointed Sergey Savchenko as chief financial officer, effective immediately, succeeding Steven Parkes, who has stepped down from the position to pursue other opportunities.

Before joining the company, Savchenko served as a consultant for special purpose acquisition companies, Critical Metals said.

The company also said it named George Karageorge as chief technical officer.

Karageorge's work experience includes serving as chief executive officer of MinRex Resources, Critical Metals said.
