09:09 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Critical Metals (CRML) said Wednesday that it has signed a letter of intent for a 10-year offtake agreement with REalloys to supply up to 15% of the annual rare earth concentrate production from its Tanbreez project in Greenland.

The companies are working toward a definitive agreement, Critical Metals added.

Shares of the company were up 25% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
