Crocs' Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Issues Downside Q3 EPS Outlook; Raises 2024 EPS Guidance

08:49 AM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crocs ( CROX ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $4.01 per diluted share, up from $3.59 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $3.57.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.11 billion, up from $1.07 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.10 billion.

For Q3, Crocs ( CROX ) expects adjusted earnings of $2.95 to $3.10 per diluted share. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $3.37.

Revenue for the quarter is expected to be down 1.5% to up 0.5% year over year.

The company said it now expects 2024 adjusted earnings of $12.45 to $12.90 per diluted share, up from its earlier guidance of between $12.25 and $12.73. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $12.64.

Revenue for the year is still expected to grow 3% to 5% year over year.

Shares of the company were down 6% in recent premarket activity.
