Crocs Shares Rise After Director Acquires Over 3,200 Shares, WIT Partners Advisory Discloses 5.2% Stake

02:44 PM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Crocs ( CROX ) shares were up over 5% in recent Wednesday trading after director John Replogle purchased 3,261 shares worth $250,084, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Replogle now holds a total of 15,417 shares, according to the filing.

Singapore-based WIT Partners Advisory also disclosed in a regulatory filing late Tuesday it holds a 5.2% stake in the footwear company, equal to 2,852,280 shares.

Price: 81.96, Change: +4.06, Percent Change: +5.21
