08:01 AM EDT, 03/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cronos Group ( CRON ) said Wednesday it has appointed Anna Shlimak as chief financial officer.

Shlimak will succeed James Holm, who is stepping down to pursue other opportunities, the company said. Holm will remain with the company through April 18 for the transition.

Shlimak was previously the company's chief strategy officer and has been part of the leadership team for the last seven years. She also previously served as the head of investor relations at Quest Partners, the company said.
