CrowdStrike, Amazon Web Services Expand Cybersecurity Partnership

02:04 PM EDT, 05/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CrowdStrike Holdings ( CRWD ) and Amazon.com's ( AMZN ) Amazon Web Services have expanded their partnership to hasten cybersecurity consolidation and cloud transformation, the companies said Thursday.

They said that as part of the partnership, Amazon ( AMZN ) has consolidated its cybersecurity protection on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform to protect the firm from code to cloud and from device to data.

To drive innovation in cloud security, security information and event management transformation, and new cybersecurity artificial intelligence use cases, CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) is expanding its use of AWS services, the companies said.

CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) shares rose 2.7% and Amazon ( AMZN ) shares climbed 3.1% in recent trading.
