08:48 AM EST, 02/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) said Thursday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Aramco to support long-term cybersecurity investments aimed at protecting critical infrastructure and advancing Saudi Arabia's AI-driven digital transformation.
The company said the talks focus on strengthening cybersecurity capabilities across the Kingdom and exploring a unified, national-scale security model.
As part of the proposed collaboration, CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) said it may establish a regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia, deploy local cloud infrastructure, and use its Falcon platform to deliver AI-powered protection across critical infrastructure.
The partnership also includes plans for joint innovation, enhanced threat intelligence sharing, and workforce development aligned with Vision 2030, it added.
