CrowdStrike Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q3 Guidance Set, Full-Year Outlook Revised

04:25 PM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $1.04 per diluted share, up from $0.74 a year ago.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.97.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $963.9 million, up from $731.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $958.3 million.

The company said it expects Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.80 to $0.81 and revenue of $979.2 million to $984.7 million.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $0.96 and $1.01 billion, respectively.

The company said it now expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP EPS to be between $3.61 and $3.65 and revenue to be between $3.89 billion and $3.90 billion.

Its previous guidance was for non-GAAP EPS of $3.93 to $4.03 and revenue of $3.98 billion to $4.01 billion.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $3.91 and $3.96 billion, respectively.

Company shares were p 3% in after-hours activity.
