08:39 AM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CrowdStrike Holdings ( CRWD ) said Wednesday it signed a distribution deal with Dicker Data to offer its Falcon cybersecurity platform in Australia and New Zealand.

Financial terms were not provided.

The company said the agreement expands CrowdStrike's ( CRWD ) presence in the region by providing Dicker Data's resellers and service providers access to its security technology.

The distributor will offer Falcon's cloud security and artificial intelligence-based services to businesses across different segments, CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) said.
