01:56 PM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) said Wednesday it expanded its strategic collaboration with Intel ( INTC ) to optimize the Falcon cybersecurity platform for Intel ( INTC )-powered AI PCs as AI workloads increasingly run directly on devices.

The partnership integrates CrowdStrike's ( CRWD ) Falcon platform with Intel's ( INTC ) AI acceleration across CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs to enable real-time threat detection and stronger protection for on-device AI data, CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) said.

The collaboration will help organizations secure AI-driven workflows by accelerating threat detection, preventing data leakage in AI interactions, and improving visibility into user, device, and data activity.

CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) shares were down 0.4%, while Intel ( INTC ) shares were up 7.5% in Wednesday trading.
