CrowdStrike Signs Distribution Deal With Arrow Electronics for Falcon Cybersecurity Platform

08:41 AM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) said Thursday that it has signed a distribution agreement with Arrow Electronics ( ARW ) to provide its CrowdStrike Falcon cybersecurity platform to Arrow's channel partners and customers in the US and Canada.

The company said Arrow will provide its Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, Falcon Cloud Security, and the overall Falcon platform, to partners and customers, which is intended to consolidate vendor costs and close protection gaps between "disjointed point products."

Shares of CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) were down 1.7% in recent premarket activity.
