01:03 PM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CrowdStrike Holdings ( CRWD ) said Tuesday it has struck a deal to acquire artificial intelligence security provider, Pangea, to secure every layer of enterprise AI.

The deal will extend its CrowdStrike Falcon platform, offering a complete AI Detection and Response, the company said. Financial details were not disclosed.
