09:43 AM EST, 01/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire cybersecurity company Seraphic Security, which specializes in providing security for enterprise browsers.

CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) said the acquisition price is expected to be paid mostly in cash, while an undisclosed portion will be paid with stock, subject to vesting conditions.

The company said it expects the deal with close during its fiscal Q1 of 2027.
