Crown Castle CFO Daniel Schlanger to step down

Jan 7 (Reuters) - Wireless operator Crown Castle's ( CCI ) Chief Financial Officer

Daniel Schlanger will step down from his role effective March 31, 2025, according to a filing by

the company on Tuesday.

Last year, the company named Steven Moskowitz as its chief executive, succeeding interim CEO

Anthony Melone. Previous CEO Jay Brown had stepped down in December 2023 following pressure from

activist investor Elliott Investment Management.

The company, which is in advanced talks to sell its fiber unit to buyout firm TPG,

has not yet named a new CFO.
