Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.02.

Net revenue in the three months ended March 31 fell to $1.06 billion from $1.11 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $1.04 billion.

The company affirmed 2025 guidance with the range midpoints of adjusted FFO at $4.12 a share and revenue of $4.01 billion.

Analysts project adjusted FFO of $4.32 on revenue of $4.34 billion.
