Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.05.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.07 billion, down from $1.12 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.06 billion.

The company now expects 2025 AFFO per share of $4.23 to $4.35, up from the previously expected range of $4.14 to $4.25. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.22.
