08:25 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crown Castle ( CCI ) said Monday that proxy advisory firm Egan-Jones has recommended shareholders vote for only all of Crown Castle's ( CCI ) 12 director nominees at the company's annual shareholder meeting Wednesday.

Crown said Institutional Shareholder Services has already made the same recommendation.
