08:55 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crown Castle ( CCI ) shareholders are being urged by proxy advisor Glass Lewis to vote for activist investor Boots Capital Management's board nominees during an annual shareholder meeting on May 22, Boots Capital said Tuesday.

Boots Capital said Glass Lewis backed its nominees Charles Green and Ted Miller, co-founder and former chief executive officer of Crown Castle ( CCI ).

The proxy advisor also recommended shareholders to withhold their votes for Crown Castle's ( CCI ) nominees Cindy Christy and Ari Fitzgerald, Boots Capital said.
