Crown Crafts Buys Assets of Baby Boom Consumer Products For $18 Million

10:14 AM EDT, 07/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crown Crafts ( CRWS ) said Monday it has purchased nearly all of the assets of Baby Boom Consumer Products, a provider of toddler bedding and diaper bags, for $18 million.

Crown Crafts ( CRWS ) said it financed the acquisition with an $8 million term loan and additional borrowings under its revolving line of credit. It expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings and add about $20 million annually to its net sales.

Shares of Crown Crafts ( CRWS ) were up over 2% in recent trading.
