11:20 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crown ElectroKinetics ( CRKN ) said Tuesday it has named Robert Vandal as chief technology officer, effective July 8, succeeding co-founder Tim Koch, who will become chief innovation officer.

Vandal recently served as senior director of research and development at Guardian Glass.

Crown ElectroKinetics ( CRKN ) shares were down more than 11% in recent trading.
