09:50 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Crown Holdings ( CCK ) said Monday it will promote Djalma Novaes Jr., president of the company's Americas Division, to chief operating officer, effective July 1.

Current COO Gerard Gifford will become chief administrative officer, a role he will hold until his planned retirement early next year, the company said.
