06:17 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crown Holdings ( CCK ) said Tuesday that its subsidiary Crown European Holdings priced an offering of 600 million euros ($649.6 million) of 4.5% senior unsecured notes due 2030 at par.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds, together with cash on hand, primarily to pay its outstanding 2.625% senior notes due September at maturity.
