05:03 PM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crown LNG said Tuesday it has completed its business combination with Catcha Investment Corp ( CHAA ) , with the combined company to be renamed Crown LNG Holdings Limited.

The combination accelerates its mission to enable LNG supplies to growing markets and locations exposed to harsh weather conditions, the company said.
