09:55 AM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CryoPort ( CYRX ) said Thursday it has completed the divestiture of its specialty courier business CRYOPDP to DHL in a transaction that includes cash payments of around $200 million.

The two companies have also entered into a strategic partnership to strengthen their supply chain services for the global life sciences and healthcare sector, CryoPort ( CYRX ) said.
