05:22 PM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CSLM Digital Asset Acquisition Corp III (KOYNU) said late Thursday it has closed its initial public offering of 23 million units at $10 per unit, raising $230 million.

The blank check company said the closing included the full exercise of an over-allotment option. Each unit consisted of one Class A share and one half of a redeemable warrant.

The units started trading on Nasdaq on Wednesday.
