CSP Shares Fall After Swing to Fiscal Q3 Loss, Drop in Revenue

02:05 PM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CSP (CSPI) shares were down more than 15% in recent trading Tuesday after the company swung to a fiscal Q3 loss and reported a lower revenue.

The company swung to a fiscal Q3 loss of $0.02 per diluted share, compared with an earning of $0.26 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $13.1 million, down from $17.7 million a year earlier.

No comparable estimates were available on Capital IQ.

CSP declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 a share, payable Sept. 10 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 23.

The company also repurchased 4,800 shares for a total cost of $70,000 during fiscal Q3.
