01:49 PM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CSW Industrials ( CSWI ) said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Aspen Manufacturing for $313.5 million in cash.

The transaction was funded with cash on hand and borrowings under the existing $500 million revolving credit facility, according to the company.
