08:23 AM EST, 12/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CSW Industrials ( CSWI ) unit RectorSeal has made a strategic investment in Flair, a provider of smart home HVAC control products, Flair said Wednesday.

Financial terms were not provided.

The company said the investment, which included other backers such as SOSV and Lowercarbon Capital, is expected to support the expansion of Flair's heating and cooling control platform.

The collaboration grants Flair access to RectorSeal's distribution network and resources, positioning it to expand its market reach, the company said.
