09:06 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CSX (CSX) said Wednesday that Kevin Boone has been named chief financial officer, effective immediately, succeeding Sean Pelkey, who has left the company.

Boone previously served as chief commercial officer, the company said.

CSX also said that Maryclare Kenney has been promoted to chief commercial officer.
