CSX Reaches Tentative Contracts with Two Additional Unions

04:53 PM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CSX (CSX) late Friday said it reached tentative new contracts with two more unions representing its employees, with the railway company now having prospective deals in place for roughly half of its overall workforce.

After negotiating tentative five-year deals with the Transportation Communications Union and the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers, CSX now has prospective contracts with 11 different unions covering employee wages and other benefits, it said.
