CT Real Estate Investment Trust Declares November Distribution

01:47 PM EST, 11/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CT Real Estate Investment Trust (CRT-UN.TO) on Friday declared a November distribution of $0.07710 per trust unit, payable Dec. 16, 2024 to unitholders of record on Nov. 29, 2024.

This distribution, if annualized, represents a rate of $0.92520 per unit.

The distribution is unchanged from October.

CT REIT is an unincorporated, closed-end real estate investment trust formed to own income-producing commercial properties located primarily in Canada, with a portfolio comprised of over 370 properties totaling more than 30 million square feet of GLA, consisting primarily of net lease single-tenant retail properties.
