CTO Realty Growth Acquires Shopping Center Property in Florida for $16.8 Million

10:48 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CTO Realty Growth ( CTO ) acquired Granada Plaza in Dunedin, Florida for $16.8 million, before closing expenses and adjustments.

The shopping center property in the Tampa metropolitan area spans 74,000 square feet on seven acres and is anchored by supermarket Publix, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
