Ctrl Group to Change Name to TJGC Group

05:32 PM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ctrl Group ( MCTR ) said late Monday it plans to change its name to TJGC Group, upon the approval of the Registrar of Companies in the British Virgin Islands.

The company said its shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under the current "MCTR" ticker symbol.
