Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.61.

Revenue for the quarter that ended March 31 was $261.4 million, up from $256.5 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $258.6 million.

The company expects a Q2 adjusted FFO of $0.63 to $0.65 per diluted share and a full-year 2024 AFFO of $2.59 to $2.69 per diluted share. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $0.62 and $2.53, respectively.
