Cue Biopharma CFO Kerri-Ann Millar to Depart

04:45 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cue Biopharma ( CUE ) said late Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Kerri-Ann Millar will depart the company on Friday.

Chief Executive Daniel Passeri will expand his role to serve as the interim principal financial and accounting officer until a new appointment is made, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Cue said it also appointed Jill Broadfoot to the board, the corporate governance and nominating committee of the board, and as chairman of the board's audit committee.
