Cullinan Therapeutics Appoints Mary Kay Fenton as CFO

03:19 PM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cullinan Therapeutics ( CGEM ) said Monday it has appointed Mary Kay Fenton as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Fenton has thirty years of financial and operational experience in the biotechnology industry, recently serving as interim chief executive officer and CFO of Talaris Therapeutics, the company said.

Shares of the company rose 7.2% in recent trading.
